Bereits zum Start bietet die German UDS den englischsprachigen Masterstudiengang „Applied AI“ an, der Studierende gezielt auf die Herausforderungen und Chancen intelligenter Technologien vorbereitet. Virtuelle Hörsäle, interaktive Labore und Echtzeit-Kollaboration schaffen eine praxisnahe, globale Lernumgebung, in der Studierende und Forschende gemeinsam an Lösungen für die digitale Gesellschaft arbeiten.

KI-Expertise auf Weltniveau: Prof. Dr. Feiyu Xu und Prof. Dr. Felix Weitkämper
Die German UDS setzt auf führende Köpfe der KI-Forschung:
• Prof. Dr. Feiyu Xu ist eine der profiliertesten KI-Expertinnen Deutschlands.
Sie prägte als Global Head of AI bei SAP und als Leiterin des AI Lab bei Lenovo die KI-Strategien internationaler Technologiekonzerne und ist Mitgründerin des KI-Start-ups Nyonic. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in der Entwicklung und Anwendung generativer KI-Lösungen für Industrie und Wirtschaft.
• Prof. Dr. Felix Weitkämper leitet den Lehrstuhl für Statistische und
Symbolische Künstliche Intelligenz an der German UDS. Er promovierte an der University of Oxford, habilitierte sich an der LMU München und ist ein international anerkannter Experte für Maschinelles Lernen, Information Retrieval und semantische Technologien.

Right from the start, German UDS offers the English-language master’s program “Applied AI,” which prepares students specifically for the challenges and opportunities of intelligent technologies. World-Class AI Expertise: Prof. Dr. Feiyu Xu and Prof. Dr. Felix Weitkämper

• Prof. Dr. Feiyu Xu is one of Germany’s most distinguished AI experts. As Global Head of AI at SAP and head of the AI Lab at Lenovo, she shaped the AI strategies of international technology corporations and is co-founder of the AI start-up Nyonic. Her research focuses on the development and application of generative AI solutions for industry and business.
• Prof. Dr. Felix Weitkämper holds the Chair of Statistical and Symbolic Artificial Intelligence at German UDS. He earned his doctorate at the University of Oxford, completed his habilitation at LMU Munich, and is an internationally recognized expert in machine learning, information retrieval, and semantic technologies.
